Event Technician (m/f/d) with Truck License

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up and dismantling of mobile buildings such as Hospitalities
• Transporting mobile structures throughout Europe
• Standby services at the racetracks
• Various repair and maintenance work

What you should bring:

• Willingness to travel
• Experience in trade fair construction or similar field
• Manual dexterity
• Team player
• Good English skills, other languages are advantageous
• Place of residence in Tyrol, Salzburg or surrounding area

We are currently looking for immediate and permanent positions:
(Junior) Project Manager in the field of Event Logistics
for exciting projects in the motorsport sector
(m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of logistics processes for motorsport events
• Coordination of transportation and personnel
• Assisting in the conception, planning, execution, and post-event activities of projects
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in the planning, organization, and implementation of ongoing and new projects in the motorsport world
• Traditional office management tasks

What you should bring:

• Completed education in event management, tourism, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in event planning and travel coordination
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility
• Strong sense of responsibility and resilience
• Good English language skills in both written and spoken communication; proficiency in an additional foreign language is advantageous
• Willingness to travel and a driver's license (Class B)
• Place of residence in Tyrol, Salzburg or surrounding area
